1. Booking and payment
A rental is booked when the first payment posts and you sign the text or email invoice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and debit cards. Event rentals are paid in full at booking. Quotes are all-in: no fuel surcharge and no card processing fee.
2. Event rentals
Event rentals are priced per event, not per day. Units are delivered one or two business days before the event and picked up the next business day after, at no extra charge.
3. 28-day rentals
Jobsite and long-term rentals bill every 28 days at the same rate after the first cycle, which includes the one-time delivery fee. Weekly service is included. Units are not picked up automatically; billing stops on the day you request pickup, and units are collected within 1–2 business days.
4. Cancellation
Cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery, or after the truck is dispatched, are not refundable. If we cannot deliver for a reason on our side, you receive a full refund.
5. Delivery window
Deliveries and pickups run 8 AM–5 PM, Monday through Saturday, in route order. We do not deliver after 5 PM. Drivers text or call about 30 minutes before arrival. Same-day delivery requires a call before 11 AM and an open route, and carries a fee quoted before payment.
6. Site access
You are responsible for a firm, level, reachable placement spot on private property, clear of low wires and obstructions, with pets secured. Tell us about gates, gate codes and septic lids. If the driver cannot deliver because of site conditions, a return-trip fee may apply.
7. Property and units
We are not responsible for damage to pavement, lawns, sprinklers or landscaping at the placement you choose. You are responsible for loss or damage to units beyond normal wear, including tipping, fire, vandalism and moving a unit yourself. Only our crew may move units.
8. Servicing
28-day rentals include weekly service. Extra or mid-event service visits are billed per visit and quoted first. Do not put trash, diapers or hazardous materials in units; contaminated tanks carry a disposal fee.
